Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is from 3 pm. Our hotel is open until midnight on weekdays (until 10 pm on Sundays). Ask for our entry code in case of a later arrival. Check-out until 11 a.m. (on Sundays until 12 p.m.)

Guest tax

In the canton of Baselland, a guest tax of CHF 3.50 per person/night is charged. In return, our guests receive a Mobility Ticket for public transport in the TNW area (Tarifverbund Nordwestschweiz). In order to benefit from this offer for the transfer from Basel/Basel Airport on the day of arrival, we will send you the ticket in advance by email on request. Residents of the canton of Baselland and children under 12 years of age are exempt from the guest tax.

Non Refundable Rate

The offer requires full prepayment by credit card at the time of booking. In the event of a change or cancellation, there is NO right to a refund.

Payment conditions & prices

The prices are per guest per night including a hearty breakfast from the buffet and access to the fitness. The price includes VAT, taxes, outdoor parking and internet access. Excluding guest tax. Prices are subject to change.
The hotel bills in Swiss Francs (CHF). Invoices are sent exclusively within Switzerland and are payable within 15 days of the invoice date. No discounts or rebates will be granted.

Festivities

The various venues in the hotel are very popular for different events and celebrations. Especially on weekends, newly married couples spend their most beautiful day with their company with a festive dinner, music and dancing. We ask our hotel guests to take note of this advance information and thank them for their understanding.

Group reservation

We require a list of names with the corresponding billing instructions as well as the category allocation (for reservations with different room categories) two weeks before the stay in order to guarantee a speedy check-in and check-out.

Cancellation of single reservations up to 5 rooms

In case of cancellation one to three days before arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the booked rooms.

Cancellation of single reservations of 6 rooms and more

• up to 61 days prior to arrival: no costs
• 40 – 60 days prior to arrival: 30 % of the booked package
• 20 – 39 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the booked package
• 8 - 19 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the booked package
• 1 – 7 days prior to arrival: 90 % of the booked package
• on the arrival day: 100 % of the booked package (package = confirmed service x number of guests. We kindly ask you to make the cancellation in writing.)

Liability

The booker is liable to the hotel for damage to the furnishings or inventory and for losses caused by him or his guests. The hotel declines all responsibility for theft of and damage to objects, clothing and materials brought into the hotel. The hotel accepts no liability for valuables deposited in the mini-safe. Larger amounts of cash can be deposited in the safe at the reception against receipt.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Bubendorf.
