S'alt Badhüsli & Badgrotte
S'alt Badhüsli is the oldest still preserved stone building below the historical spring reminiscent of the time when people still pilgrimaged to the village for brine baths. At that time they bathed in wooden vats. In the adjacent bath grotto a hermit allegedly lived in a rock cave that was considered a miracle healer. The original spring was uncovered a good 25 years ago and the water now splashes out of an impressive limestone fountain. Today used as a wine cellar, it is the ideal place for a small aperitif or a romantic têtê à tête.

Parking
If you are our guest, you have 160 free parking spaces at your disposal. You can also leave your car at home, because the public bus from Basel and the Waldenburger Bahn from Liestal stop directly in front of our hotel.
