This year, the two Basel-Landschaft Balance-Familie-hotels are teaming up! The two chefs Christoph Schmitz from the Bad Ramsach Quellhotel and Darren Benhar from the Bad Bubendorf Hotel will create a multi-course menu and the four Basel-Landschaft wines of the year 2022 will be served. Of course, 'Wine' and 'Dine' complement each other perfectly. You can expect the Riesling-Silvaner and the Baselbieter Kerner from the Siebe Dupf winery in Liestal, the Storchennäschtler Blauburgunder from Imhof Weine, Sissach and the Cuvée Zelgli from Wiedmer Weinbau, also from Sissach, as well as a delicious menu in four courses.
