In 2023, the Baselbieter Wine & Dine is once again a collaboration between the two Basel-Landschaft Balance Familie hotels. The two chefs Eduard Jaisler from the Bad Ramsach Quellhotel and Darren Benhar from the Bad Bubendorf Hotel, together with Irene Pugnali, chef of the Osteria TRE and patissier Serge Kaufmann, will create a multi-course menu, accompanied by the four Basel-Landschaft wines of 2023. Of course, 'Wine' and 'Dine' are perfectly coordinated. You can expect Crémant de Cabernet Dorsa from Hofladen Grosstannen, Kerner from Hof Leimen, Wiedmer's Rosé from Sissach and Pinot Noir Barrique from Siebe Dupf Kellerei, as well as a delicious menu in four courses.
